Double Dark Chocolate Cookie with Cocoa Nibs [2-Pack]

The first of Bad Oven's NC Local Love series, this double dark chocolate cookie features 70% dark chocolate chunks and cocoa nibs from North Carolina's Videri Chocolate Factory.

The cookie dough is made with double dutch dark cocoa giving it a fudgy, chewy texture and that rich dark chocolate flavor profile while the sea salt flakes on top brings out the chocolate flavor even more making it a very chocolatey, sliiightly salty, and not-too-sweet treat!
